We only use reputable, financially stable suppliers to minimize your risk. We also work very closely with your Designer and/or Architect to make sure that any product under consideration meets the design intent and any brand standard where appropriate.
In 2010 Complete Procurement Service was born from the desire to offer owners and managers of hotels a lower cost “turn-key” approach to getting your capital spend optimized. We saw that a majority of the purchasing firms had back door agreements with the suppliers where they received “rebates, administrative fees or other inducements” on top of the fees they were charging their customers. Complete procurement Services (CPS) takes no “rebates” or other incentives from the supplier. Owners know that these incentives/rebates actually add cost to the goods being purchased. CPS offers our services for one flat fee. No gimmicks or back door agreements. The price you see on the invoice is the NET cost of the goods plus the CPS fee.

Founder & CEO
Gary Schnatterly has worked on as many as twenty-six multi-million-dollar projects in one year. These projects averaged over four million dollars each. He worked with owners, architects, designers, asset managers, project managers, and brand reps during these projects with professionalism demonstrated in attention to detail, timelines, and team-building. His comprehensive understanding of the process to bring projects of this scope to completion has been a cornerstone of his career and reputation in the industry. He attended weekly meetings with stakeholders and provided regular project status reports. He has previously worked for Hilton Worldwide and Interstate Hotels & Resorts along with Sunburst Hospitality. Complete Procurement Services, LLC under Gary’s leadership can deliver the best in class pricing and services for both new construction, renovations, or Capex work.
Mrs. Schnatterly has held positions in an charitable organization as a grant administrator, an active writer and volunteer. She also is an owner of Mrs. Sasquatch’s Barefoot Studio, a maker of custom rustic pallet signs. She sells on Etsy and Handmade by Amazon. In her role at CPS, she helps on the administration of the company.
